Additional Resources

While I'm a big believer in the power of psilocybin, I don't want you to just take my word for it. We live in an exciting time where the pool of educational resources about psilocybin is growing by the day. Below are just a handful for you to explore. If there's a specific topic you'd like to learn about, reach out!

Leading psychopharmacologist Roland Griffiths discloses the ways that psychedelic drugs can be used to create spiritually meaningful, personally transformative experiences.

Robin has been conducting pioneering brain imaging studies of psychedelic drugs. He's working on clinical trials looking at the potential of psilocybin to treat depression, and his talk looks at how these drugs can be used in treatment.

Paul Stamets, mycologist and author, famously said that mushrooms can help humanity save the world. In this interview, Stamets explains his beliefs about psilocybin as a tool for becoming better people.

Johns Hopkins Research

The folks over at Johns Hopkins have published groundbreaking studies in more than 150 peer-reviewed articles in respected scientific journals. Their research is investigating therapeutic effects in people who suffer a range of challenging conditions including addiction (smoking, alcohol, other drugs of abuse), existential distress caused by life-threatening disease, major depressive disorder, anorexia nervosa, Post-Treatment Lyme Disease, depression associated with Alzheimer's Disease, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. Studying healthy volunteers has also advanced our understanding of the enduring positive effects of psilocybin and provided unique insight into neurophysiological mechanisms of action, with implications for understanding consciousness and optimizing therapeutic and non-therapeutic enduring positive effects.
