Psilocybin Services
In 2023, legal psilocybin use began in Oregon, the culmination of a ballot measure passed three years earlier. It's the first legal model of its' kind, and Measure 109 allows individuals to access supported psilocybin services with no diagnostic requirement. (Screening criteria are included below.)
Psilocybin is a naturally occurring, mind-altering (and non-addictive!) substance found in "magic" mushrooms. It has been safely used by countless cultures for thousands of years. Every journey is different, but most clients describe a transcendent feeling of connection and acceptance for themselves and others that persists long after the psychedelic effects have worn off. A pinnacle experience, the wisdom gained from a psilocybin journey can inspire a more joyful & fulfilled life.
The Phases of Your Journey
We'll work together to co-create a customized experience for your needs, but the basic roadmap includes...

Initial Screening
You'll answer a short series of questions that cover some basic mental and physical health criteria, which will help us determine how we can best serve you, and/or if you currently qualify for psilocybin services. You can access the Client Information Form here.
Note: A diagnosis is not required to access services.

Administration
This is the big day! Once we both agree that you feel adequately prepared, we'll move forward with administration. This will be facilitated at a tranquil, licensed service center in Beaverton. The length of time of your session will be determined by the dosage you decide to take, and I'll be there to support you for the entire duration of your experience.

Preparation
Careful preparation is key for setting yourself up to have positive outcomes. During this phase, we'll go over what you can expect, and how you can mentally and physically get yourself ready for the experience. We'll also discuss your intentions, and determine your optimal dose based on several variables that we'll explore.

Integration
Arguably the most important phase, integration is where you can weave the insights you gained during your psychedelic experience into your everyday life. We'll work together to create a plan that will allow you to do this in a way that makes the most intuitive sense to you.
Types of Sessions

One-on-One Sessions
We'll work together one-on-one throughout the preparation, administration, and integration phases. The number of sessions within any phase will be determined by the unique needs of each individual; for example, some feel that one preparation session feels adequate, while others prefer three. Many find that ongoing integration sessions can feel supportive as well.

Group Sessions
I firmly believe that we heal in community! Group sessions are a powerful opportunity to be witnessed and supported by others that are on a similar path. Each individual in the group still has at least one one-on-one preparation session, and the option for one-on-one integration, but the administration and at least one preparation session are done in community with the other participants.

Couples and Family Sessions
Smaller group sessions done with close others (partners or family members) can be a powerful opportunity to discover new perspectives for approaching your relationship, work through old patterns, shed feelings of stuckness, or work through challenging relational dynamics. One-on-one preparation in addition to group preparation is recommended.
Cost
The cost of a facilitated session is broken down into three parts:
1. The facilitation fee
2. The service center fee
3. The dosage fee
As such, the dose you select, the length of time of your session, and the number of preparation and integration sessions will impact the final price.
My facilitation fee for an individual is a sliding scale from $850-$1200, which includes one preparation session, one administration session, and one integration session. This is, on average, around 10 hours total.
Price per individual is reduced for group sessions. Payment plans are available if needed. If this is inaccessible, please let me know and we can discuss your options.
